• 4 Black Angus Burger from Koutsioftis Farm
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of Bacon
  • Lettuce, Tomato, Onion
  • Olive oil with oregano aroma
  • 4 slices of yellow cheese
  • Guacamole
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • Himalayan salt
  • Curry bahar
  • bbq sauce
  • 1 bowl of ketchup
  • A little soya sauce
  • Smoked paprika.


Add oil to the grill and cook the burgers for about 4 minutes on each side.
For the avocado cream:
Add the lemon, to prevent the avocado from browning, add the curry, salt, oil , pepper and mix.
For the bbq sauce: mix the ketchup, soya sauce and smoked paprika and stir.
Place the burgers in another grill pan or skillet, cover with a lid and let cook.
Cook the bacon in a little oregano flavored olive oil, and a little on the buns.
Put a slice of cheese on the burgers to melt it.
On the bun you put avocado cream, lettuce, a little salt, one burger, bbq sauce, bacon, bun again, avocado cream, tomato, onion, second burger, and the last bun slathered with ketchup.
