1 kilo of green beans
200 g chopped tomatoes
200 g tomato paste
½ teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a pan, add oil and sauté the onion.
Add paprika, pepper and minced meat.
Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, lower the heat and add the sugar, vinegar, salt and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
If it dries out, add a little water.
Add the green beans and let it boil for 10 minutes.
If you prefer them softer, boil them separately and then add them to the minced meat.
